Enthuziest Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 7/14/2026

All Enthuziest purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or is missing from the order.

Eligible Claims

A replacement or refund may be offered when:

  • An item arrives with a manufacturing defect or significant damage.

  • One or more items are missing from the delivered package.

  • An order is confirmed to have been lost before delivery.

Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier. For an order that has not been delivered, please contact us within 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.

Reporting an Issue

To submit a claim, contact us at enthuziestclothing@gmail.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the defect or damage

  • Photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and packing slip when available

For missing-item claims, please include photographs of everything that arrived in the package. Additional information may be requested to verify the claim.

Do not return an item without first receiving authorization from Enthuziest. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Approved Claims

After reviewing and approving a claim, Enthuziest may provide:

  • A replacement of the affected item at no additional cost;

  • A refund to the original payment method; or

  • Store credit when agreed upon by the customer.

When a replacement is unavailable, a refund will generally be issued for the affected item. For partially missing orders, refunds apply only to the missing item or items. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the entire order was defective, missing, or confirmed lost before delivery.

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

If Enthuziest requires a defective item to be returned, return instructions and a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

Items That Are Not Eligible

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, style, or quantity

  • Fit or sizing preferences

  • Changing your mind after placing or receiving an order

  • Accidental purchases

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered during checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions

  • Items that have been altered, washed, stained, or damaged after delivery

  • Minor differences in color caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings

  • Minor variations in print placement that do not make the product defective

  • Packages marked as delivered without reasonable evidence that the order was lost or incorrectly delivered

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter processing shortly after being placed. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after checkout. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it qualifies under this policy.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
