4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after payment is approved and the order enters processing.

When an order is canceled after payment has been collected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible regarding a requested change. Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

An order is not considered canceled until Enthuziest confirms the cancellation in writing.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Enthuziest is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and promptly contacting the shipping carrier or Enthuziest about delivery issues.

When we cannot ship an order within the stated or legally required timeframe, we will provide any notices, delay options, cancellations, or refunds required by applicable law.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All Enthuziest purchases are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests unless an item arrives defective, significantly damaged, is missing from the delivered package, or otherwise qualifies under applicable law.

Eligible claims must be submitted according to our Return and Refund Policy. Customers may be required to provide their order number, photographs, videos, packaging information, or other reasonable evidence needed to review the claim.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

Are valid only during the stated promotional period
Cannot be applied to past purchases
Cannot be redeemed for cash
May be limited to specific products or customers
May not be combined unless expressly permitted
May be canceled or corrected in cases of fraud, misuse, or technical error

Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Enthuziest reserves the right to modify or end a promotion, subject to applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property
